    Ever since covid hit, I just did not want to go to the gym anymore, i need to breathe I can not wear a mask, and I thought that was it for my fitness but then I found Danny. I feel like i upgraded from the gym. He holds me accountable and really helped rehabilitate an impingement in my shoulder.

    I have been working with Danny for almost 5 years and his program uniquely combines both physical therapy and strength and conditioning exercises, which, as an older woman, I find extremely helpful in keeping me in better shape, flexible, pain free and generally feeling great! He changes up my individual program which makes each session motivating. His remote training during COVID has been an unexpected blessing, permitting me to safely continue my workouts. And, as I relocate every summer, it has been a very convenient benefit.
