    Daniel Bek is a great personal trainer. I have been working out for over 16 years and I have never have a personal trainer until now. I can say that I know how to workout because of my years of experience and I always try to learn from others at the gym so I can improve my workouts, however, I constantly end up doing similar exercises because of a habit and that was causing me getting into a plateau that it was extremely hard to break through. I have been working out with Daniel for some time now, and honestly I have nothing to say but great things. He is really dedicated and professional. He tries to do his best every session that I have with him, plans the work out very well so each session helps me improve on the issues I have especially my lower back weakness and right ankle lack of range of motion. I can see that he really likes what he does and that’s why he is good at it. I’m glad I decided to work with him, and I will really recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer who will be dedicated and motivated to help you improve your well being.
