    Daniel has been training me for over two years now and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is a professional personal training with deep knowledge of the human body, strength training techniques and physical fitness principles. He is extremely positive and motivating and always pushes me to do my best and to keep growing in my fitness. He has transformed my body into the best shape I’ve ever been in. He took a methodical approach to my program, starting with my goals and designing a personal program to achieve those goals. He continues to challenge me at every session and I look forward to training with him every week.

    Daniel is a fantastic trainer. During our first session, Daniel took the time to hear from me, learn what my goals and priorities were, and assess my body. Each session he came fully prepared with a fun and effective workout plan, and gave me exercises to do on my own, too. Daniel never made me feel bad about where I was in terms of my ability – he always made me excited to get to work no matter what stage we were at! I also came into our sessions with some ailments and plenty of weaknesses, and Daniel always made sure to assess my body and make any necessary changes before we got started. He’s also super flexible, communicative, and fun to be around!!! I can’t recommend him enough.
